I did get my refund in the end, so that part worked out. But the whole timeline was kind of confusing, one person made it sound like it would be a few days, then another said something different, and I ended up having to call more times than I expected. It just took longer than I hoped.
"Damaged appliance and a slow fix"
I ordered an appliance and it arrived with a dent on the side. I sent photos over straight away, but it took a few days to get a proper answer. Maybe I was expecting it to be sorted quicker than is realistic, I’m not sure, but it felt like I had to keep following up just to hear what was happening. They did eventually offer a small refund, which was something, but the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be

The financing was really easy to set up, and the monthly payment plan made things a lot less stressful for me. As long as it stays simple like this, I’m happy, but if it starts getting complicated or there are surprise issues, I’d definitely consider going somewhere else...

"Policies felt too hard to figure out"
I was checking out americabestappliances.com the policies just didn’t feel clear to me. I was trying to find the basics like returns, refunds, and delivery details, but it took more effort than it should have. I already get a little suspicious when a site doesn’t put that stuff front and center, and this pretty much confirmed that feeling for me.
For an appliance site, I really expect those details to be easy to find before I even think about ordering. Maybe everything is there somewhere, but the way it’s presented didn’t give me much confidence. I ended up backing out at checkout because it just didn’t feel transparent enough

"I had America Best Appliances come out..."
I had America Best Appliances come out to fix my fridge. I don’t remember every little detail, but I do remember the tech showing up late in the arrival window, which was a little annoying. Once he got there though, he seemed to know what he was doing.
The important part is the fridge is working again, so I’m happy about that. The price seemed fair from what I remember, but communication could’ve been a bit better since I had to call once to check on the part. Overall, it was fine, not perfect, but it got the job done.

I ordered a new dishwasher from americabestappliances.com and had them handle the installation too. I’ll admit I was a bit suspicious at first, since you never really know how these service appointments are going to go, but the installer definitely seemed to know what he was doing and had it hooked up quickly.
They showed up about 30 minutes late, which was annoying because I was just sitting around waiting and wondering if something was going sideways. To be fair, they did call before coming, so at least I wasn’t completely left guessing.
So far the dishwasher is working fine, and they cleaned up most of the mess before leaving. I’m still keeping an eye on it just in case, but overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again
"Got exactly what I ordered"
I ordered a replacement ice maker kit and was a little nervous it might end up being the wrong model, since that kind of thing has happened to me before. I checked the part number against my invoice as soon as it arrived, and it matched exactly. The box had the right kit inside too, down to the little included pieces I was expecting.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the tracking was a bit slow to update, which made me wonder where it was for a couple days. But as far as the actual order goes, everything was accurate — no mixups, no missing parts, and the item was exactly what I ordered.

"Delivery was a total headache"
I ordered an appliance and the delivery date kept getting pushed back with almost no updates. I had to call more than once just to figure out what was going on. I even took time off work for the original delivery day, and then nothing showed up. Come on now, that’s just ridiculous. When they finally rescheduled, they still showed up late. The whole thing was frustrating and felt really unreliable. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I’m not totally sure if I just had a tricky issue, but the tech advice didn’t feel very strong to me. It was kind of vague and, not as helpful as I expected.

"Feels overpriced for what you actually get"
I wasn’t really impressed with the value here. The prices felt higher than a few other places I looked at, and you don’t really get anything extra in the service or deal to make it feel worth it. Maybe it’s fine if you’re in a rush and just need something right away, but I’d definitely compare prices first. I don’t think I’d use them again

"Felt ignored after I paid"
After they got my money, it felt like getting any help was way harder than it should’ve been. I called and emailed about an issue, but I mostly just felt ignored. I wouldn’t buy from America Best Appliances again because the whole thing left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

"Warranty help was actually decent"
I had a warranty issue with my appliance and, i was expecting it to be way more of a headache than it ended up being. americabestappliances.com did help me get it sorted out without too much drama. There was a little back and forth, of course, because apparently nothing can ever be completely simple, but they answered my questions, told me what info they needed, and actually followed up. In the end, they got it handled, so I’m happy with the support overall

"Pretty good communication"
They got back to me fast when I asked about my order, which I appreciated. I mean, one of the messages was a bit confusing at first, but when I asked again they cleared it up without any fuss. Updates were decent too, so I wasn’t really left wondering what was going on. Overall, good communication and nothing major to complain about

"Good selection, but one item wasn’t ready"
I was mainly shopping around to compare prices, and this place had a good selection for the cost. Most of the appliances I looked at were in stock, which was a relief. One model said it was available but wasn’t actually ready right away, so that was a little annoying. Still, they had better options than a few other stores I checked, especially for the price.

"Delivery showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered from America Best Appliances the delivery was quicker than I expected. I kept getting updates along the way, which was nice because I hate when you order something and it just disappears into the shipping void for days. The only annoying thing was the box had a little dent in it, so of course I had that brief panic moment like, great, here we go. But thankfully the item itself was totally fine. So yeah, overall it was a good experience, just not completely perfect

The item seemed fine at first, and I appreciated that it arrived on time. Unfortunately, trying to return it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected, the process felt confusing and dragged on longer than it should have. I will say the support team was polite once I finally got through, but the return experience definitely needs to be smoother...

The fridge works the way it should, so I can’t complain too much there. It did come with a few dents and scratches on the side, though, which was disappointing. When I mentioned it, the response sounded kind of casual, so I got the feeling it wasn’t a big deal to them. Overall it’s okay, just not in the condition I was hoping for
